Tanith’s appointment marks the next step in her impressive journey at Gallagher Bassett, where she has served for over three years in key leadership roles. Most recently, she was General Manager, People & Culture, overseeing strategic HR transformation and workforce engagement programs. Before that, she held the role of Head of People Operations, leading initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and build a culture centered on inclusion and innovation.
Prior to joining Gallagher Bassett, Tanith worked with Allianz Partners as HR Manager and HR Business Partner, where she played a pivotal role in shaping workforce planning, performance culture, and HR governance frameworks. Earlier in her career, she served as People and Safety Manager and Workforce Adviser at MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees, contributing to national workforce capability programs and workplace safety strategies.
Tanith began her professional journey with Coles Liquor, where she held the role of Employee Relations Manager for over five years, leading industrial relations, policy design, and employee advocacy functions across a diverse retail workforce. Her cumulative experience across retail, insurance, and people operations demonstrates her strong capability in transforming human capital strategies to meet business goals.
