Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 — Tanvi Choksi has joined Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer. With over two decades of expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation, Choksi will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success.
Prior to her current appointment, Tanvi Choksi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at JLL for approximately three years, where she led the people strategy for JLL Asia Pacific across 18 countries, overseeing a workforce of over 43,000 employees. She played a significant role in aligning HR strategies with business goals while leading a team of 350+ HR professionals across Asia Pacific.

Before this, she served as CHRO – India & JLL Business Services for around four years, where she managed 13,000+ employees and led HR functions across multiple global locations.
Earlier, Choksi spent over 10 years at Johnson & Johnson, holding key HR leadership roles such as HR Head – Medical Devices and Diabetes Care APAC and HR Business Partner across various divisions. She has also held HR leadership roles at Monsanto Company and Tata Motors, focusing on talent strategies and organizational development.
