Tara will lead HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on employee engagement, organizational development, and enhancing the hotel’s reputation as a top-tier workplace.
Tara’s journey at the Surat Marriott Hotel began as Assistant Director of Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organizational growth. Before her tenure at Surat Marriott, she contributed as Cluster Associate Director of Learning & Development for Surat Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott Surat, enhancing training initiatives and employee development programs.

Prior to this, Tara held the position of Associate Director of Learning & Development at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, where she oversaw training programs and guest satisfaction standards. At the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, she excelled as Training Manager, delivering impactful learning experiences.
Tara’s career also includes various significant roles, such as Assistant Manager Training at multiple Marriott properties across India, including Indore Marriott Hotel, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, and Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, where she contributed to pre-opening teams and training operations.
