Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Tarun Chugh has taken on a new role as Growth Partner at The Toy Rent Company (Kiddokin India Private Limited), where he will spearhead initiatives to scale the company’s reach across new markets and product categories. In this role, Tarun will focus on reimagining how children engage with play and how parents invest in early childhood development, sustainability, and smarter toy consumption.
Prior to this, Tarun Chugh had an impactful 9+ year tenure at Jombay, where he held progressive leadership roles including VP of Sales, Client Partner, and Director – Growth and Strategy. He played a pivotal role in driving business growth, client partnerships, and market expansion within the leadership development and HR tech space.
Before Jombay, he was part of Aspiring Minds Assessment Pvt. Ltd., leading Campus Employability programs across Maharashtra and Gujarat. His efforts focused on building industry-academia bridges and enhancing youth employability through scalable assessments and engagement initiatives.
Earlier in his journey, Tarun worked with Focus Edu Care in Capital Markets Training, and briefly ran his own venture, Travel Duniya, demonstrating his entrepreneurial drive and strong understanding of the consumer space.
Tarun’s cumulative experience in business development, strategy, client success, and education-tech gives him a unique lens to now scale a purpose-driven consumer venture that combines early childhood development, play-based learning, and sustainable parenting.
