Ambika Sivadoss Appointed as Vice President HR-Home Care & Head of Talent India at Unilever

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Ambika Sivadoss has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President HR-Home Care & Head of Talent India at Unilever, one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies. In this dual-role capacity, she will be responsible for steering the human resources strategy for the Home Care business in India while also leading talent development initiatives across the country.

Ambika brings more than 16 years of rich experience at Unilever to her new role. Most recently, she served as Global HR Lead for Nutrition, based in the Netherlands, where she played a pivotal role in shaping global talent strategies and supporting business transformation across international markets.

Prior to that, she held several leadership positions within the organization including HR Director SEAA Supply Chain and HR Director-Supply Chain Philippines, based in Manila, where she provided HR leadership across multiple geographies in Southeast Asia. Her earlier experience as HR Director for Marketing & Customer Development in Bangkok helped her build deep commercial HR expertise across customer-facing functions.

Ambika also held key HR Business Partner roles in Singapore, supporting categories such as Personal Care, Skin Care, and Cleansing, contributing to category growth and capability building. She started her HR journey with Unilever as HR Manager – Organization Effectiveness, before which she was part of ICICI Bank as Manager, Talent Management & Leadership Development.
