The promotion reflects his continued progression within the organization and his growing leadership responsibilities across franchise operations and commercial planning priorities.
In this expanded role, Tarush Bhardwaj will focus on integrated operations supporting Commercial Excellence & Planning, strengthening execution alignment and enabling performance outcomes across the business. Based in Lucknow, he steps into the position after serving in leadership roles across franchise operations.
During his journey at The Coca-Cola Company, Tarush Bhardwaj has taken on progressively larger responsibilities, including leading franchise operations across key regions. His recent assignments included overseeing franchise operations for UP East and Bihar, building strong on-ground execution and operational leadership experience within the system.
Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, he worked with Monster Energy, where he handled regional sales responsibilities and contributed to market execution and business growth across territories.
Earlier, he was associated with Ludhiana Beverages Pvt Ltd, where his work was aligned with marketing leadership and driving business priorities across markets and teams.
He also gained experience at airtel, contributing to customer and market-focused responsibilities that strengthened his commercial understanding and execution capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Tarush Bhardwaj was associated with VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED, where he handled roles focused on market development and territory expansion, building a strong foundation in distribution, execution, and on-ground business operations.
