This move comes after an illustrious 16-year tenure with the company, where Macknish has been a pivotal figure in shaping the organization’s human resource and organizational development strategies.

Having joined Data#3 in 2007, Macknish has been instrumental in steering the company’s HR and organizational development efforts, most recently serving as Group Manager – OD&HR for nearly seven years. Her role has been central in developing and executing strategies that foster growth, culture, and the core values within Data#3, aligning with the company’s strategic and operational goals.

Data#3, renowned for its commitment to leveraging technology and human potential to forge a better future, has recognized Macknish’s contributions and leadership qualities by entrusting her with the position of Chief People Officer.

In her new capacity, Macknish is set to lead the company’s efforts in developing talent and reinforcing a culture that aligns with Data#3’s vision of harnessing the power of people and technology for a sustainable and prosperous future.

With over 1,400 employees across Australia and Fiji, and reporting revenues of $2.5 billion in the 2023 financial year, Data#3 relies on innovative solutions and services, including cloud, modern workplace, security, data & analytics, and connectivity, to achieve success.
