Having joined Data#3 in 2007, Macknish has been instrumental in steering the company’s HR and organizational development efforts, most recently serving as Group Manager – OD&HR for nearly seven years. Her role has been central in developing and executing strategies that foster growth, culture, and the core values within Data#3, aligning with the company’s strategic and operational goals.
