Odette Winnington Elevated to Chief People Officer at Autopact

Autopact, one of Australia’s leading automotive dealership groups, is delighted to announce the appointment of Odette Winnington as its new Chief People Officer.

Winnington, who has an impressive career spanning over two decades in the field of Human Resources, brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to her new role.

Having joined Autopact as Head of People & Culture, Winnington has significantly contributed to the company’s people strategy. Her leadership has been pivotal in steering the People & Culture team towards executing strategic design, delivery, and implementation of human resource initiatives that align with Autopact’s mission and values.

Autopact prides itself on representing 36 of Australia’s top car brands across 28 dealerships and employs over 1600 individuals nationwide. In her new role as Chief People Officer, Winnington will continue to be an integral part of the executive management team, reporting directly to the CEO and playing a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.

Prior to her tenure at Autopact, Odette Winnington amassed over 18 years of experience in various HR leadership roles across several esteemed organizations. Her previous positions include National Human Resources Manager at National Pump & Energy.
