Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) has appointed Natasha Chander as Regional HR Head – Mumbai & Business HR Lead – Pan India Corporate Functions. In her new role, Chander will lead the people agenda for the Mumbai region while partnering with corporate functions across India, strengthening HR business partnering, talent priorities, and employee experience initiatives aligned with TTBS’ business goals. She also shared that she is “truly excited to return to Tata Group.”
Before joining TTBS, Chander was Deputy Vice President – Human Resources at IIFL Finance, where she led the Workforce Experience charter spanning talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and employer branding. Her remit also included building centres of excellence across strategic talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI and belonging, rewards and recognition, communications, and employer branding. During this tenure, she helped enhance employee experience through cohort-based, hyper-personalised journeys, implemented assessment tools to strengthen data-driven talent selection, enabled leadership and organizational communication initiatives, and supported performance management and HR policy improvements. She also contributed to ESG-aligned HR initiatives and served on the Internal POSH Committee from January 2025.
Chander has additionally worked as a Founder at Expanse Coaching, and has experience in HR consulting through assignments with Integriti Consulting. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Manager – Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Bank, supporting business HR for wealth management. She also spent over four years with Sterling and Wilson (a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company) as Senior Manager – Human Resources.
Chander began her career with strong experience in large-scale people operations and talent programs at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she contributed to talent acquisition, engagement initiatives, performance management strengthening, competency management, diversity and inclusion, employee wellness and POSH programs, and leadership development interventions. She has also held HR roles at Larsen & Toubro, and earlier gained exposure through assignments including an internship with TCS Global Consulting Practice and an HR coordination role at ITC Grand Central Hotel & Towers, Mumbai.
