Netherlands, September 2024 – ASTZ Group, a company specializing in social media management and innovative marketing solutions, has announced the appointment of Taulant Krasniqi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, Taulant will oversee the human resources function, leading strategies to support ASTZ Group’s expanding global team and optimizing talent management practices.
Before joining ASTZ Group, Taulant was the Founder of Appoint Group, where he has been leading business development and client relations since May 2023. Based in Kosovo, his work at Appoint Group honed his skills in team management and customer relationship management, critical areas for his new role at ASTZ Group.
Earlier this year, Taulant also served as Human Resources & International Recruiter at WorkForce in Belgium. During his three-month tenure, he focused on recruitment and sourcing, enhancing his expertise in HR and customer relationship management.
Before this, Taulant spent nearly two years at Core Group in the United Kingdom as an Account Manager, where he worked on business development, client relations, and recruitment consulting. His work during this time laid a strong foundation for his HR leadership journey.
Taulant also has experience in financial analysis, having worked as a Financial Analyst at TEB from August 2018 to March 2020 in Kosovo. His background in finance brings a unique perspective to his HR strategies at ASTZ Group.
