United States, July 2024 – Taylor Plemer has been promoted to Head of People Experience at Netchex. Taylor will lead initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, development, and overall workplace satisfaction.
Taylor Plemer has been with Netchex for approximately 2 years and 2 months. Prior to this promotion, Taylor served as a Human Resources Coordinator since June 2022, where they were responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including compliance, recruitment, employee relations, training, and development. Taylor has a proven track record of implementing effective HR programs and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Before joining Netchex, Taylor was a Talent Resources Coordinator at Essentials PetCare, where they managed HRIS systems, employee scheduling, and benefits administration. They also developed recruitment programs and maintained compliance with employment laws.
Earlier in their career, Taylor served as a Business Process Manager/HR at Northshore Humane Society, where they designed efficient department workflows, administered hiring processes, and managed facility maintenance and technology systems.
