Sandton, South Africa, January 2025 – Tebogo Seakamela has joined Nyanza Light Metals as the Vice President of Human Capital & Organisational Effectiveness. In this pivotal role, Tebogo will oversee the strategic transformation of the company’s human capital practices and enhance organisational effectiveness to support its growth objectives.
Tebogo’s journey to this esteemed position is marked by notable accomplishments. Most recently, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager at BME, a Member of the Omnia Group, for nearly three years. At BME, she contributed to significant organisational development initiatives and demonstrated expertise in time management and other critical skills.

Prior to that, Tebogo held the position of Lead: Human Resources Business Partner at AECI Industrial Chemicals for approximately two years, where she played a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Her tenure at AECI Mining as Human Resources Manager further showcased his ability to lead HR operations effectively across various business units for nearly seven years.
Earlier in her career, Tebogo served as Human Resources Officer at Revlon Inc., where she started as an HR Generalist Intern and grew into a permanent role, building a strong foundation in HR practices.
