Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, November 2025 — Teepakorn Kedmahadamrongrit has stepped into a significant new role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at TPBI Group, one of Asia’s leading integrated packaging companies. With extensive HR leadership experience across Thailand’s manufacturing, consumer goods, and industrial sectors, Teepakorn brings deep capability in people management, employee relations, organisation development, and HR strategy to this global packaging powerhouse.
Teepakorn joins TPBI Group after serving as Head of Human Resources at SWAN Industries (Thailand) Limited, where he played a key role in shaping people processes, strengthening workforce capabilities, and driving HR frameworks that supported operational excellence. His work during this period contributed to improved talent alignment and stronger organisational culture across the company’s manufacturing operations.
Before this, he served as Human Resources Director at Ocean Glass Public Company Limited, where he supported a well-established consumer and glassware brand. In this role, Teepakorn led HR initiatives that enhanced organisation skills, ensured labour law compliance, and supported business transformation aligned with the company’s “Life’s Pleasure” brand vision.
Earlier, Teepakorn worked with Berli Jucker Public Company Limited (BJC) as AVP – HR, contributing to HR systems and employee-management processes across one of Thailand’s most diversified conglomerates. His experience at BJC further strengthened his capability to manage complex organisations and diverse talent pools.
Teepakorn gained strong foundational HR leadership experience during his six-year tenure as Human Resources Director at TAL Group, where he oversaw talent practices, organisational development initiatives, and people processes for manufacturing operations in Nonthaburi. Prior to that, he built early expertise as Human Resources Manager at Sappe Public Company Limited, supporting the organisation’s consumer-focused growth journey.
