Bengaluru South, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Tejas Networks has appointed Ramanuj Choubey as Global Head – HRBP & HRTech/HRIS. In this role, Ramanuj will lead the company’s global HR business partnering agenda and drive HR technology and digital transformation initiatives across regions.
In his new position, Ramanuj will be responsible for shaping Tejas Networks’ global people strategy by strengthening organizational culture, advancing leadership and talent development, and aligning people priorities with business objectives across R&D, Sales & Marketing, and Corporate functions. He will also spearhead the HR technology roadmap, focusing on modernizing HR systems, automating core processes, and leveraging analytics to enhance decision-making and employee experience.
Prior to joining Tejas Networks, Ramanuj spent over six years at Tata Communications, where he most recently served as Associate Director – Global HRBP & Capability Development. In this role, he partnered closely with global business leaders to co-create people strategies, led large-scale capability development initiatives for thousands of employees across global delivery centers, and played a critical role in HR solutioning for global RFPs, M&A integrations, and business transformations.
Earlier in his career, Ramanuj held senior talent and HR leadership roles within the Reliance Group, where he led national talent initiatives, leadership hiring, HR technology implementations, and enterprise-wide engagement and development programs across multiple businesses. He also brings strong foundational HR experience from roles at Infosys, EXL, and Tata Business Support Services, spanning learning & development, HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
With nearly two decades of experience across HR business partnering, HR technology, capability building, and large-scale transformation, Ramanuj brings a balanced blend of strategic insight and execution rigor to Tejas Networks’ people agenda as the organization continues to scale its global footprint.
