Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Sandeep Kumar K has joined BMW Deutsche Motoren Bangalore as the Vice President of Human Resources, where he will oversee the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. His role includes spearheading key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and cultivating an inclusive work culture to support the organization’s growth and excellence.
Sandeep Kumar K brings over a decade of HR leadership experience across industries. Before joining BMW Deutsche Motoren Bangalore, he served as the Unit Head of Human Resources at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, where he led HR operations for four NABH/JCI-accredited hospitals. His accomplishments included enhancing recruitment processes, driving employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Prior to Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, he was the Human Resources Manager at Shakti Jaguar Land Rover, where he managed end-to-end HR functions, contributing significantly to workforce planning and operational efficiency.
Earlier, he served as the People and Culture Manager at BMW Navnit Motors Bangalore & Mangalore, where he played a pivotal role in recruitment, payroll management, and industrial relations for over six years. His contributions laid the foundation for a strong organizational culture and efficient HR processes.
Sandeep began his HR career at SRIVEN ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED as an HR Executive, where he gained hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance management.
