New York City, New York, United States, July 2024 – Terri Leitgeb has joined Orveon Global as the new Chief People Officer. Terri brings extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership, and will oversee all HR functions, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy implementation.
Terri Leitgeb most recently served as Chief People Officer at Blue Apron for approximately 3 years. During her tenure, she led the HR team in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives that significantly enhanced company culture and operational efficiency.
Prior to Blue Apron, Terri was the Chief People Officer at David’s Bridal for around 3 years, where she spearheaded HR transformations that improved workforce productivity and employee satisfaction. Before this, she held the same position at dunnhumby for over 4 years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global HR strategies and practices.
Earlier in her career, Terri worked at Tesco for more than 6 years in various HR leadership roles, including Regional HR Director for Central Europe & Turkey, HR Director for Group Property, and HR Director for fresh & easy neighborhood markets. Her work at Tesco involved leading HR initiatives across multiple regions and improving HR operations and strategic alignment with business goals.
Terri’s experience also includes roles as Director of Rewards at Safeco Insurance, Consultant – Rewards at Novartis, and Compensation Manager at Providence Health System – Oregon. In these positions, she gained deep expertise in rewards management, compensation strategies, and HR consulting.
