Boston, Massachusetts, United States, May 2024 – Tess Fagan has accepted a new position as Director, HR Strategic Programs & Continuous Improvement at Iron Mountain. Tess is thrilled to return to Iron Mountain, where she previously held significant roles, and looks forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and success in her new role.
Before rejoining Iron Mountain, Tess served as Vice President, Chief of Staff at Poppulo from September 2023 to January 2024. In this role, she was responsible for strategic initiatives and operational excellence, working closely with senior leadership to drive company goals.
Prior to Poppulo, Tess held various positions at Iron Mountain for over three years. She served as the Chief of Staff – Global Product and Technology from October 2020 to September 2023, managing an $84M budget and overseeing a team of over 750 technology professionals across 26 countries. Tess played a pivotal role in vendor consolidation, reducing the number of vendors by 33% over three years, and led strategic partnerships with companies like Google and AWS.
Tess also served as Head of Strategic Partnerships: AI + ML at Iron Mountain from April 2020 to October 2020, where she was instrumental in launching Iron Mountain InSight® on the Google Cloud Marketplace.
Earlier in her career, Tess was a Senior Consultant / Senior Project Manager at the City of Boston’s Department of Innovation and Technology from August 2019 to January 2020, where she managed key projects to enhance the city’s technological capabilities. She also held positions at Wayfair, Fuld & Company, Sungage Financial, and Boston University, gaining valuable experience in project management, strategic consulting, and business analysis.
