Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, March 2025 – Tessa Pelkowski has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Neostella. In this role, she will oversee global HR strategy, talent management, and people development as Neostella continues its expansion in the enterprise software and solutions sector.
Tessa Pelkowski has been with Neostella for over five years, having previously served as Vice President, Global Professional Services, where she played a crucial role in driving business strategy, global operations, and customer success. Her leadership in cross-functional team management and global strategy led to her elevation to Chief People Officer.
Before her tenure at Neostella, Pelkowski served as Director of Operations at Larada Sciences, dba Lice Clinics of America, where she was responsible for streamlining business operations and enhancing customer experience. Earlier, she spent over seven years at Assurant, where she held the position of Director of Consulting, Implementation, & Support Services, focusing on implementation strategies and customer support excellence.
Pelkowski also held key roles at Corvisa, a ShoreTel company, where she worked for over four years in managerial positions overseeing implementation and support services for cloud telephony and SaaS mortgage products.
Her early career included positions at Visiting Angels, GMR Marketing, and Curative Care, where she gained hands-on experience in customer service and operational management.
