With a proven track record in business growth as a corporate leader and front-line operator, Foley brings over 20 years of franchise leadership experience. Most recently, Foley served as Senior Vice President of Master Franchise Operations at Vanguard Cleaning Systems, where he was instrumental in expanding the system’s revenue and driving annual growth. His leadership there aligned with Zoom Drain’s mission as he fostered a culture of trust and collaboration among 40 master franchise owners across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring sustained profitability, strategic development, and operational efficiency.
Prior to his tenure at Vanguard, Foley served as President and Managing Partner at California Closets’ Bay Area franchise, where he led a team of 55 employees and spearheaded initiatives that enhanced sales, installation accuracy, and customer experience. His expertise in franchise operations, business development, strategic planning, and brand delivery, along with his performance-driven leadership, has consistently delivered measurable results, making him a highly respected leader in the franchising world and a valued addition to Zoom Drain’s leadership team.
