In this role, Vegh will oversee Planet’s global people strategy, including human resources, culture, employee engagement, and legal.
Vegh is a seasoned strategic HR executive with deep expertise in employee experience and engagement across global SaaS organizations. She has a proven track record of designing and delivering people strategies that accelerate business growth, increase profitability, and position companies as top employers of choice. Known as a trusted partner to executive leadership, Vegh is recognized for aligning talent strategies with business goals, building purpose-driven cultures, and empowering high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Planet, Vegh held senior leadership roles at Hyland, where she advanced global employee-experience initiatives, strengthened leadership effectiveness, and drove programs that enhanced culture and retention at scale. She holds a degree from Ohio University.
