Pristina, District of Pristina, Kosovo, September 2025 — Interex has announced the appointment of Kushtrim Uka as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bringing more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership, people development, and training, Uka is set to drive Interex’s human capital strategy in alignment with its mission of delivering fresh, healthy products and world-class retail solutions to consumers.
Uka has been with Interex for over two years, where he most recently contributed to strengthening the organization’s sales and people development strategies. His familiarity with the company’s values and vision uniquely positions him to lead its HR transformation.

Previously, Uka served as Sales Manager at Hymeri Elevators Kosovo, where he directed sales operations and team leadership. Before that, he spent more than a decade with Buçaj Sh.p.k, taking on multiple roles including Sales Trainer, Brand Manager, Territory Sales Supervisor, Territory Sales Representative, and Sales Representative. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in training sales teams, driving brand growth, and improving market penetration across Kosovo.
