Franklin, Tennessee, United States, December 2025 — The State Group, Inc. has announced the appointment of Brian Jones as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 5, 2026. He succeeds Michael Lampert, who steps down after five years of leadership and will remain on the Board of Directors while assuming the role of Executive Chairman.
With more than 25 years of experience in the construction sector, Jones brings a proven record of scaling high-growth industrial service organizations and leading transformation initiatives. Prior to joining The State Group, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Gray Construction, where he led global operations and delivered a nearly 300 percent increase in revenues over five years.
Lampert expressed full support for the leadership transition, stating:
