Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, November 2025 — Tiffany Davis has been appointed as Chief Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Diversity Officer at ADP, a global leader in human capital management solutions. In this expanded leadership role, Tiffany will oversee global talent acquisition strategy while continuing to champion ADP’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda — fostering an environment where innovation and belonging thrive together.
Tiffany has been with ADP for over 13 years, holding progressive leadership roles across human resources, diversity, and organizational development. Most recently, she served as Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer, where she spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives to embed DEI into ADP’s talent systems, leadership development, and workplace culture. Her leadership helped shape ADP’s reputation as a people-first organization driven by inclusion and purpose.
Before that, Tiffany served as Division Vice President, Human Resources for ADP’s Human Resources Outsourcing and National Account Services, where she led people strategies for large-scale client operations, focusing on employee engagement, capability building, and workforce optimization. Her prior roles as Vice President, Human Resources – Comp Services & PEO and Vice President, Human Resources – Major Accounts Services reflect her deep expertise in aligning HR strategy with business performance across multiple divisions.
Earlier in her ADP journey, Tiffany held senior HR leadership roles, including Senior Director, HR Business Partner (Major Accounts) and Director, HR Business Partner, where she played a key role in shaping leadership pipelines, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling transformation through people strategy.
Before joining ADP, Tiffany spent over nine years at MetLife, where she progressed from HR Representative to Senior Sales Force Development Consultant. During this period, she designed and executed learning and development programs, campus recruiting initiatives, and inclusion strategies that strengthened MetLife’s sales and leadership ecosystems nationwide.
Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University, underscoring her strong academic and professional foundation in HR strategy and organizational behavior.
