Paolo Inga Appointed as Chief Organization & People Officer at Agoda

Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, November 2025 — Paolo Inga has been appointed as Chief Organization & People Officer at Agoda, a global leader in digital travel services. Based in Bangkok, Paolo will lead Agoda’s global people and organizational strategy, focusing on talent, culture, and leadership transformation as the company continues its mission to make global travel accessible, data-driven, and rewarding for millions of customers worldwide.

Before joining Agoda, Paolo Inga served as Global HR Director at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, based between London and Milan. Over more than six years, he steered the global HR agenda for one of the world’s foremost luxury e-commerce companies, overseeing organization design, leadership development, and culture transformation across multiple regions. Paolo played a key role in harmonizing people strategies post-merger and enabling digital capability building across the group’s luxury, fashion, and logistics divisions.

Earlier, Paolo spent over 11 years with Vodafone, where he held several senior global roles. As Head of Human Resources Shared Services, he led HR operations for over 20,000 employees across seven global centers in India, Egypt, Hungary, and Romania, managing a team of 200 HR professionals. He drove end-to-end transformation through digital efficiencies, organizational redesign, and new learning frameworks. In previous roles, including Head of HR for Group Finance and Head of Organizational Effectiveness, Talent, Learning & Development in India, he led workforce planning, capability building, and leadership programs impacting over 27,000 employees. His tenure also included assignments in Qatar and Italy, where he established HR business partnering models and drove organizational effectiveness agendas.

Before his long tenure at Vodafone, Paolo worked with Barilla Group as part of the Corporate Organization Development team, contributing to global talent and performance management frameworks across multiple international markets. His career began with Janssen-Cilag (Johnson & Johnson) as an HR Specialist, followed by an internship at Tetra Italia, where he developed a strong grounding in consumer and trade marketing.
