Irvine, California, United States, September 2024 – Tiffany Matarazzo has joined MBK Real Estate Companies as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where she will lead recruitment efforts, implementing strategies to attract top talent for the organization’s senior living, multifamily residential, and industrial real estate sectors.
Prior to her role at MBK Real Estate, Tiffany Matarazzo was the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Maravai LifeSciences for nearly 3 years. There, she oversaw talent acquisition strategies, leading initiatives that focused on global talent development and employee engagement. Tiffany played a key role in scaling Maravai’s talent pool while ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion remained a core focus.
Before Maravai LifeSciences, Tiffany was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Truvian, where she successfully managed the recruitment process for key positions in research and development and operations during her 1-year tenure.
Earlier in her career, Tiffany founded and led G2 Talent Inc., where she spent 4 years 8 months developing tailored recruitment strategies for various clients, offering talent solutions, workforce management, and recruitment process implementation services.
Tiffany’s talent acquisition expertise also extends to high-tech recruitment, as seen during her time with Sprinklr and CrowdStrike, where she focused on building global talent pipelines for tech-focused roles. At Endologix, she built a recruiting department from scratch, hiring over 290 employees globally within a short span of time.
