Clearwater, Florida, United States, August 2024 – Timothy Trodden has been appointed as the Chief People and Communications Officer at Empath Health. In his new role, Timothy will lead the human resources and communications functions, focusing on developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a strong organizational culture aligned with Empath Health’s mission.
Prior to joining Empath Health, Timothy Trodden served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Better Health Group for over two years. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing HR operations and aligning talent strategies with the company’s growth objectives.
Before that, Timothy was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Butterfly Network, Inc. for about a year, where he led HR strategies during a period of significant organizational change.
Earlier in his career, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at WellCare Health Plans for four years. During his tenure, Timothy played a pivotal role in enhancing talent pipelines, reducing turnover, and increasing overall employee engagement, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
In addition to these roles, Timothy has held senior HR positions at Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon, Inc., Janssen Pharmaceuticals, and Agfa Healthcare. His extensive experience spans HR strategy, leadership development, change management, and organizational culture.
