Mexico City, Mexico, December 2024 – Tina Haitian Jiang has taken on the role of Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Huawei Mexico. In her new position, Tina will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns, aiming to enhance Huawei Mexico’s brand presence and market share while driving organizational growth and innovation in the region.
Tina brings over a decade of experience at Huawei, showcasing her diverse leadership in strategic and marketing roles. Most recently, she served as Head of FTTH Business Success for Huawei LATAM Carrier BG, where she provided critical insights to operators’ leadership teams across the region. Before that, as VP of Marketing for Huawei LATAM Carrier BG, Tina successfully elevated the company’s presence in the telecommunications sector and earned the Huawei TOP 10 Leading Figure award in 2023.
Prior to her LATAM roles, Tina held global leadership positions in Huawei’s Carrier Business Group based in Shenzhen, including Senior Director of Event Marketing and Director of Event Marketing, where she managed large-scale global events such as the Mobile World Congress Barcelona. Her innovative strategies and strong execution skills earned her Individual and Team Gold Medal Awards, Huawei’s highest employee recognition.
Before joining Huawei, Tina developed expertise in brand communication strategies as a Strategy Manager at Bates, a WPP Group company in Dubai. She also co-founded the OGX Local Committee of AIESEC in Shanghai, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit early in her career.
