TLT-Turbo, a leading global manufacturer of mining, tunnel, industrial fans, and a pioneer in mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technology, announced the appointment of Gerd Jegodzinski as its Chief Executive Officer. Jegodzinski succeeds Matthias Adamy, steering the company into its next phase of innovation and global expansion.
Having previously made significant contributions at the American Aleris Group, Jegodzinski comes to TLT-Turbo with a wealth of experience, particularly in the finance sector, including his role as head of finance for the China region. His appointment as CFO in 2022 was marked by exceptional leadership and strategic insight. TLT-Turbo recognizes Jegodzinski’s tenure at Aleris as bringing considerable value to his new role as CEO, citing his profound understanding of the industrial sector as the cornerstone of his strategic vision for the company.
“[Jegodzinski’s] extensive experience and strategic vision will undoubtedly contribute to our company’s continued success and growth,” said TLT-Turbo Managing Director Xiongfei Zhao, highlighting the positive outlook the company holds towards this new leadership era.
Underlining the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-focused solutions, TLT-Turbo is confident that Jegodzinski’s leadership style will greatly complement its ongoing efforts to expand globally while enhancing product and service delivery across all business domains.
“I am honoured to take on this responsibility and look forward to working with the experienced and talented team at TLT-Turbo and the international subsidiaries in the US, India, South Africa, China, and Australia. Together, we will continue to build on the company’s established heritage and develop new business opportunities in global markets for the diverse applications of our fans,” Jegodzinski stated, expressing his enthusiasm for his new role and the collaborative path ahead.
