Her career began in 2000 at Palominas Elementary School District, where she honed her skills in personnel management and benefits programs for five years. Teller’s quest for professional growth took her through pivotal roles in organizations such as CPES, InVisionHR “A Place 2 Shine”, and American Family Insurance, where she demonstrated her prowess in managing HR functions, coaching, and leadership.
Her remarkable journey continued at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where she served as a Human Resources Manager in both Arizona and Idaho, further solidifying her expertise in employee coaching, compliance, and process improvement. Teller’s leadership abilities were further recognized at Embassy Management, LLC, where she played a crucial role in supporting staff and managers in HR-related functions.
The major turning point in Teller’s career came when she joined Knife River Corporation as the Intermountain Region Human Resources Manager, a position she held for over three years before moving on to Boise Co-op as their Human Resources Director. In these roles, Teller showcased her exceptional skills in servant leadership, workers’ compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and coaching.
