Jacksonville, Florida, United States, April 2025 – Todd Mollitt has been promoted to Chief People Officer at LYMPHA PRESS, U.S.A. In this new leadership role, he will be responsible for shaping the organization’s human capital strategy, driving people development, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s expanding therapeutic mission.
Prior to this promotion, Todd Mollitt served as Vice President, People & Mindset at LYMPHA PRESS, U.S.A. for over two years, where he led strategic HR initiatives across talent acquisition, organizational development, and culture transformation. His work was pivotal in aligning people practices with the company’s rapid growth and patient-centric values.

Before joining LYMPHA PRESS, Todd had a distinguished tenure at Baptist Health, holding several senior roles including System Vice President Human Resources, Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, and Vice President, HR – Integrated Platforms & Physician Enterprise. Over nearly eight years, he drove transformative HR programs across 12,000+ employees, redesigned compensation and governance frameworks, and implemented enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at IMG as HR Director, and at Cook Medical, where he served for nearly eight years in roles such as Human Resources Manager – Endoscopy and Sales Resource Manager – Endoscopy, managing large teams and pioneering diversity hiring strategies and operational excellence.
