Franklin, Tennessee, United States, June 2024 – Todd Williams has joined ScionHealth as the new Vice President Human Resources Business Partner Leader. With a rich background in human resources operations and strategic HR leadership, Todd brings extensive expertise to the team, aiming to enhance the company’s HR strategies and support its growth.
Before joining ScionHealth, Todd served at Acadia Healthcare for approximately 2 years. As the VP HR Operations/Shared Services for nearly 1 year, he provided strategic HR business partner leadership and supported over 250 behavioral health provider-based hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities across the nation. He also held the role of Vice President – Field Human Resources for around 1 year, where he led a team of over 200 HR business partners, implemented engagement survey tools, developed talent review processes, and drove various talent acquisition initiatives.
At Centene Corporation, Todd was the Vice President – Global HR Business Partner for approximately 2.5 years. In this role, he provided strategic HR leadership and support to 20 of the company’s 30 P&L markets, led the divestiture of IlliniCare market business, and managed the integration of key markets with the WellCare acquisition.
Todd’s extensive career also includes a significant tenure at Anthem, Inc., where he worked for over 15 years. He held various roles, including Vice President Human Resources, where he provided strategic HR leadership and support to C-suite ELT members and their leadership teams, and Human Resources Director, where he supported key business strategic initiatives and managed HR processes for the Commercial business.
