Appleton, Wisconsin, United States, October 2025 – WOW Logistics, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital and one of the fastest-growing providers of integrated supply chain solutions, has announced the appointment of Tom Kraabel as its new Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this leadership role, Tom will spearhead the company’s human capital strategy, focusing on workforce development, culture building, and organizational transformation as WOW Logistics continues its accelerated growth across the U.S.
Tom Kraabel brings more than three decades of global leadership experience spanning human resources, operations, and organizational strategy across technology, logistics, and industrial sectors. His career reflects a rich blend of multinational experience, having held senior HR roles across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
Before joining WOW Logistics, Tom led LeBaark – Human Resource Consulting as Principal, where he provided executive coaching, interim HR leadership, and transformation consulting services to clients across multiple industries.
Earlier, Tom served as Vice President, Human Resources – Asia Pacific & Japan at TD SYNNEX, one of the world’s largest IT distribution companies. Over nearly seven years, he led HR harmonization efforts across 12 countries, including Japan, Singapore, and India, implementing a global compensation framework, driving acquisition integrations, and introducing talent strategies that advanced diversity, inclusion, and global consistency in HR practices.
Prior to TD SYNNEX, Tom held multiple senior leadership roles at Pall Corporation (a Danaher company), where he served as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition & Development and Vice President, Human Resources – Asia Pacific. He spearheaded regional optimization initiatives delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings, strengthened leadership pipelines, and achieved a 42% reduction in voluntary turnover through engagement-driven interventions.
Earlier in his career, Tom served as Group Head, Human Resources – Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Mastercard, leading HR strategy for the region’s fastest-growing business unit. He also held pivotal HR leadership positions at Ingram Micro, where he designed restructuring and compensation strategies across EMEA and Asia Pacific, achieving $15 million in savings and measurable gains in employee engagement.
Tom’s early experience includes HR leadership roles at Honeywell, where he played a key role in global integration and talent optimization, and operational positions at Fisher Group, UPS, and as a Sergeant and Aviation Radar Technician in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he began his professional journey, instilling the discipline and leadership that have defined his career.
