Florida, United States, December 2024 – Tomas Lazo has been named Director, Human Resources Operations at GenesisCare U.S.. In this role, he will oversee HR operations across the organization, driving strategic initiatives in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to support GenesisCare’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Tomas has been a key member of GenesisCare U.S. for over six years. Most recently, he served as Senior People & Culture Business Partner, where he implemented HR strategies across multiple sites, focusing on succession planning, workforce analytics, and leadership development. Prior to that, he worked as People & Culture Business Partner, where he managed HR policies and processes that supported organizational growth.
Before joining GenesisCare, Tomas held the position of Human Resources Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.. In this role, he was responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, and the development of HR strategies that improved organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in his career, Tomas served as Human Resources Generalist at Turnberry Associates, where he gained valuable experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. His journey in HR began at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center, where he worked as Human Resources Coordinator, contributing to talent management and compliance processes.
Tomas recently completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Louisiana State University, further solidifying his expertise in HR leadership.
