In her new role, Toneya will lead HR strategies for Mitel’s international sales divisions, focusing on workforce planning, leadership development, and cultural transformation to support the company’s global objectives.
Toneya brings an impressive over 17 years of HR expertise from her tenure at Cisco Systems, where she held several roles, including People & Communities Leader for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Her achievements include implementing workforce planning strategies, launching apprenticeship programs, and embedding HR deliverables into leadership KPIs.

Prior to Cisco, she was Senior Branch Manager at Pertemps Network Group, overseeing recruitment and talent management for the Midlands region.
