Tony Chazhoor has been with Tennant Company for over 9 years, where he has held key leadership positions, including Managing Director and Country Head. During his tenure, he led transformative changes, achieving a 6x growth in sales revenue, expanding geographical reach by opening 14 new branches, and successfully restructuring operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. His leadership has been instrumental in driving a direct sales approach and enhancing customer engagement, contributing to significant market share growth in the cleaning machinery sector.
Prior to Tennant, Tony Chazhoor served as National Sales Manager at Kärcher India, where he revitalized the lowest-performing sales division into the top-performing vertical, achieving record revenue growth over three consecutive years. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions, where he transformed a non-performing region into a significant revenue contributor, and a distinguished career in the Indian Air Force.
