Tonya has been with FrankCrum for over six years, previously serving as Labor Compliance Manager, where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing labor policies, and providing HR consulting services to businesses. Her expertise in risk mitigation, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance has been instrumental in shaping HR strategies for the company’s clients.
Before joining FrankCrum, she spent over eight years at Raymond James, where she progressed through key roles, including Senior Advisor, Employment Practices, and Employee Relations Consultant. During her tenure, she specialized in advising leadership on employment policies, handling complex employee relations matters, and implementing HR best practices to drive organizational success.
Earlier in her career, Tonya worked at Advantec for eight years as a Human Capital Consultant, providing HR advisory services, talent management solutions, and workforce planning strategies to a diverse client base. Prior to that, she served as Human Resource Manager at BD, where she was responsible for HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance management.
