With a proven track record in HR leadership across hospitality and restaurant industries, Martha brings over two decades of experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee development. Her appointment reflects Stonebridge Companies’ commitment to enhancing corporate HR functions and strengthening its people-centric culture.
Martha has been with Stonebridge Companies for nearly two years, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources – Corporate, where she played a pivotal role in overseeing HR policies, compliance, and talent strategy for the organization. Her expertise in employee relations, onboarding, and organizational culture transformation has significantly contributed to the company’s success.
Before joining Stonebridge, she spent nearly five years at Smashburger, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles, including Field Human Resources Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. During her tenure, she focused on talent acquisition, HR policy implementation, and compliance strategies for restaurant operations across multiple regions.
Prior to Smashburger, Martha dedicated over 15 years to Chipotle Mexican Grill, where she advanced through various HR and operational leadership roles. As HR/Compliance Consultant, she specialized in federal and state employment law compliance, onboarding processes, and HR policy implementation. Additionally, she served as Marketing Consultant, Administrative Assistant, General Manager, and Apprentice Manager, contributing to business growth, employee training, and leadership development.
