St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States, March 2025 – Tonya Inselman has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Rice Companies, a full-service design-build construction firm with over 70 years of experience. In her new leadership role, Tonya will drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization, leading workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and employee engagement to support the company’s ongoing growth and people-first culture.
Tonya has been with Rice Companies for over four years, previously serving as Director of Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in developing HR strategies, implementing succession planning, enhancing employee relations, and aligning HR operations with business goals.
Prior to her tenure at Rice, Tonya served as Employee Engagement Manager at Microbiologics, Inc., where she focused on talent acquisition, employee experience, rewards programs, and administrative strategy as part of a broader mission to foster a high-engagement culture.
Earlier in her career at Granite-Tops, Kandi Quick Stop, and Automotive Parts Headquarters, Tonya held a variety of HR leadership roles that gave her broad exposure to recruitment, training, policy development, compliance, and safety. Her experience also includes ownership and management, further enriching her understanding of business operations and people management.
