Tracy Simmons has been appointed as the new Vice President of Human Resources at Bluestone Bank. Simmons brings with her an extensive background in human resource management, having recently served as the AVP, Human Resource Manager at the same institution for over two years.
Before joining Bluestone Bank, Simmons was part of the HR team at Performance Foodservice for five years, where she managed a wide range of human resource functions, contributing significantly to organizational growth and employee development. Prior to that, she briefly held the role of Human Resource Generalist at Reinhart Foodservice, focusing on streamlining HR processes and enhancing workforce efficiency.
Simmons’ career also includes a stint as Marketing Manager at CityPsych Wellness, Inc., where she was responsible for promoting the company’s services to a broad network of healthcare providers in Massachusetts. This role followed her longstanding tenure at HomeGoods, where she progressed from part-time Merchandise Associate to Assistant Store Manager of Operations over 14 years, overseeing operations and human resources functions, demonstrating her capability in handling extensive managerial responsibilities and staff development.
