Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, December 2024 – Trevor Evans has been promoted to Head of Learning & Talent Development at Amazon, where he will lead strategic initiatives to enhance employee learning and development globally, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s mission of innovation and operational excellence.
Trevor has been a valued part of Amazon for over six years, beginning his journey as Program Manager of Curriculum in Dallas, Texas, where he focused on designing and implementing impactful learning programs. He progressed to Senior Knowledge and Quality Strategist, where he elevated training methodologies, and subsequently to Manager of Training Operations, a role in which he successfully streamlined training systems across multiple regions.

Before joining Amazon, Trevor gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at PrimeLending, where he spearheaded curriculum development projects, and as a Market Sales Trainer at Apple, where he honed his expertise in training operations and talent development. His ability to foster continuous learning and cultivate leadership has been instrumental throughout his career.
