Oakville, Ontario, Canada, September 2025 — Tricia Morrish has been appointed as Director, People and Culture at OEC, marking a significant milestone in her career and in the company’s continued focus on people-centered growth. In this new role, she will lead culture, talent, and people strategies that align with OEC’s mission of delivering safe, innovative, and reliable energy and infrastructure solutions across Canada.
Tricia has been with OEC for nearly a decade, contributing in key leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Manager, People and Culture Solutions – Energy and Infrastructure, where she drove impactful initiatives across employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning. Earlier, as Business Partner, People Excellence, she played an instrumental role in shaping HR frameworks that supported OEC’s growth and transformation.
Prior to OEC, Tricia built her HR expertise across diverse industries. At The Wendy’s Company, she worked as Human Resources Coordinator, providing HR, health, safety, and security support to the Canadian corporate office and over 130 corporate restaurants nationwide. Her early career included roles with Reitmans Canada Ltd. as Executive Assistant / Sales and Operations Assistant and Zellers as Human Resources Administrative Assistant, where she gained valuable experience in HR administration, operations, and employee support.
With more than two decades of professional experience, Tricia brings a blend of strategic HR leadership and people-focused expertise. Her appointment reflects OEC’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation, while building a future-ready workforce to support Canada’s critical infrastructure sectors.
