Before joining ADAMA India, Trilochan had a remarkable tenure at FMC Corporation, where he served in multiple leadership roles including Deputy General Manager – Sales & Marketing, Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing, and AGM – Marketing (AP State). During this period, he led initiatives in credit management, go-to-market strategy, and product allocation, significantly contributing to the company’s market expansion and business performance in India’s agri-chemical sector.

Earlier in his career, Trilochan spent over six years with DuPont, progressing from Area Sales Executive to Area Sales Manager, where he managed key agricultural territories such as West Godavari and Krishna in Andhra Pradesh. His strategic insights into business forecasting, customer engagement, and regional growth management helped enhance DuPont’s market presence in critical zones.

Trilochan began his professional journey with Monsanto Company, where he worked as Management Sales Trainee and later as Territory Manager – Sales, developing a strong foundation in field operations, channel development, and crop management solutions. His hands-on experience at the grassroots level has shaped his practical understanding of farmers’ needs and market dynamics.

At ADAMA India, Trilochan will lead business operations across South India, driving growth through strategic partnerships, market intelligence, and customer-centric innovation. His leadership is expected to further reinforce ADAMA’s commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative crop protection solutions to Indian farmers.
