Vadodara, Gujarat, India, December 2025 — Axalta has appointed Trupti Panchal as Human Resource Business Partner | Site Lead, where she will provide strategic leadership for the site HR function and drive key people initiatives aligned with business objectives. In her new role, she is responsible for strengthening HR business partnership, employee engagement, and people processes at the site level.
Prior to joining Axalta, Trupti Panchal spent over two years with the Zydus Group as Regional Human Resources Generalist, based in Vadodara. In this role, she spearheaded talent acquisition initiatives that reduced time-to-hire through strategic sourcing and employer branding, implemented performance enhancement strategies that improved employee engagement, and led diversity and inclusion programs aimed at strengthening workforce representation and inclusive workplace culture.
Before Zydus Group, Panchal held progressive HR leadership roles at Palvi Industries Limited, where she worked for nearly four years. She served as Human Resources Manager and earlier as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, contributing across talent acquisition, performance management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, training and development, and strategic workforce planning.
Earlier in her career, Panchal gained extensive HR consulting and operational experience with organizations including Deepak Nitrite Ltd, ALOIS Staffing, VISIONTREE Ventures Pvt. Ltd., and Evolve International, building strong capabilities in HR consulting, employee engagement, training and development, and end-to-end HR operations across manufacturing and services environments.
