(Nasdaq: TWNP), the parent company of Twin Peaks and Smokey Bones, has announced the appointment of Lexi Burns as Chief People Officer, effective immediately. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Burns will now expand her leadership to include responsibilities for both Twin Peaks and Smokey Bones.
Burns has been a pivotal figure in the growth and success of Twin Peaks since joining the brand in 2010, when it operated just 13 locations. Over the past 15 years, she has been instrumental in scaling the business to 114 units. Her achievements include developing operating systems, designing rigorous training programs, and creating a structured new store opening curriculum that strengthened operational consistency and enhanced the guest experience.
Known for her cross-functional collaboration with operations teams, Burns has consistently demonstrated excellence in training design, change management, and people development, aligning performance and culture to deliver measurable results at the unit level. Her expanded role at Twin Hospitality Group will see her apply this expertise to further elevate the Smokey Bones brand.
