Pune, Maharashtra, India, November 2024 – Umesh Jadhav has joined Calderys as the Human Resources Director, APAC, bringing his extensive expertise in HR leadership to the global solution provider for high-temperature industries. Umesh will lead the HR function across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Umesh Jadhav brings over 15 years of robust HR leadership experience across diverse industries to his new role. Before joining Calderys, Umesh served as an Independent HR Consultant, where he collaborated with organizations on strategic HR initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and employer branding.
Previously, Umesh was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Infiiloom, where he successfully led HR transformation initiatives, focusing on organizational growth and employee experience. His earlier tenure at Calderys as Group Talent & Development Director further honed his expertise in global talent management and succession planning.
Umesh also served as India HR Director at Imerys, where he led HR operations for multiple business areas, managing a 30-member HR team across 15 manufacturing sites. At Roche, he held senior roles overseeing talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations, driving strategic HR initiatives.
His experience extends to HR leadership roles at Parker Lord, Sanofi, and HSBC, where he contributed significantly to HR operations, talent development, and business alignment.
