Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Urvisha Jain has stepped into a new role as Vice President, People and Culture at Ruvimo. In this leadership position, she will be responsible for shaping Ruvimo’s people and culture strategy as the organization builds its vision of becoming the world’s largest live learning platform, with a strong focus on scale, engagement, and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Ruvimo, Urvisha spent over six years at Yocket, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles including HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Associate Director – Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a critical role in scaling the organization from a small team to a high-growth workforce of several hundred employees, while strengthening talent acquisition, performance management, and people operations.
At Yocket, Urvisha led large-scale workforce expansion initiatives, significantly improved employee engagement outcomes, and contributed to strategic planning through annual operating plans aligned with business goals. She was also instrumental in driving operational efficiency, implementing structured HR processes, and supporting flexible workplace models to ensure agility during periods of rapid growth.
Earlier in her career, Urvisha gained foundational HR experience with organizations such as The Akanksha Foundation and Aditya Birla Retail Limited, building strong exposure to talent development, employee engagement, and HR generalist functions that continue to inform her people-first leadership approach.
