Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2024 – Vaishali Mulay has been appointed as the new Vice President, Business HR at Tata Capital. Vaishali brings a wealth of experience in human resources and talent management to her new role.
Vaishali Mulay has been with Tata Capital for almost six years. Prior to her new position, she served as the Deputy Vice President, Business HR for approximately three years. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Before her tenure as Deputy Vice President, Vaishali was the Associate Vice President, Business HR at Tata Capital for about three years. She played a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive work culture.
Vaishali’s experience extends to her role at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where she was the Head of Talent Management, Human Resources for over four years. She led talent management initiatives, focusing on employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
She also participated in the TATA Group Leadership Program for HR professionals, a one-year intensive Human Resources Development Program at TATA Services Ltd, which honed her leadership skills and strategic HR capabilities.
At Tata Motors, Vaishali held multiple roles over a span of six years, including HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing, Passenger Vehicles & Commercial Vehicles, Assistant Manager – Learning & Development, and Management Trainee. These roles allowed her to gain comprehensive HR experience across various functions and sectors within the automotive industry.
