Prior to joining Uniworld Logistics, Varsha Raghavendra was the Principal Partner at Be Beyond for nearly seven years, where she provided strategic HR consulting services to startups and businesses across Bangalore. Her expertise included talent management, HR strategies, and employee development, supporting businesses to achieve success through their people.

Varsha also served as Chief Operating Officer at Grandeur India for over two years, where she acted as an external HR partner, providing expertise to startups. She was responsible for creating HR processes that aligned with business strategies and growth objectives.

In her earlier career, Varsha held the role of Manager – Talent Management at PAYBACK for about three and a half years, where she managed recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. Her leadership in this position contributed to effective talent acquisition and organizational success.

Varsha’s HR journey also includes her tenure as an HR professional at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. for nearly three years, where she managed recruitment and talent management for the fashion giant. She gained valuable experience in employee relations, engagement, and compensation strategies.

Additionally, Varsha worked as a Recruitment Manager at VF Arvind Brands Pvt. Ltd. and a Consultant at Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd., further expanding her expertise in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
