With 20+ years as an e-commerce decision maker, Madhvani will bring a shipper and consumer’s eye to leading Veho’s product development and logistics operations
New York, United States, October 2025 — Veho, the most customer-centric e-commerce delivery platform in the U.S., has announced the appointment of Neel Madhvani as Chief Product Officer, leading both Product and Operations as the company continues its evolution into a full-stack technology platform for post-purchase experience.
This marks the first time Veho has appointed a Chief Product Officer — a significant milestone that underscores the company’s transformation from a fast-growing delivery business into a technology-driven platform that empowers brands to control and enhance every stage of the post-purchase journey. By aligning product and operations under one leader, Veho aims to accelerate innovation, strengthen reliability, and scale new capabilities that give e-commerce brands more visibility, flexibility, and customer delight than ever before.
Madhvani brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of e-commerce, product innovation, and large-scale operations, with leadership roles at some of the most sophisticated supply chain organizations, including Chewy, Staples, and Copart.
Most recently, as Chief Product Officer of Copart, one of the world’s largest automobile remarketing and logistics networks, he led product, design, analytics, and customer service — driving a significant rise in customer satisfaction. At Chewy, he played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion from $4 billion to nearly $10 billion in revenue, overseeing the end-to-end shopping funnel, design, analytics, and search. Prior to that, as part of Staples’ industrial division, he managed warehousing, integrated sales and operations, and optimized fulfillment at scale.
“Neel is one of those rare leaders who has sat both in the customer’s chair and in the logistics provider’s chair and lived the challenges of large-scale e-commerce firsthand,” said Itamar Zur, Co-founder and CEO of Veho.
“His experience across some of the country’s biggest logistics and retail ecosystems will help us move faster, reduce friction, and further our evolution into a national technology company powering the future of commerce.”
Madhvani added, “The Veho team’s obsession with customer experience is unlike anything I’ve seen since my time at Chewy. Even as it has grown to handle millions of parcels per week, Veho believes every single delivery and experience matters. Our focus will be on designing service levels, optionality, and products that help e-commerce leaders strengthen their customer relationships and maximize return on shipping spend — while building the operational and technical backbone to deliver on that promise.”
As Veho prepares for 2026, the company is focused on becoming the Primary Shipping Partner for e-commerce brands nationwide — expanding into new categories, offering multiple product tiers, and developing software tools that help brands manage, measure, and optimize customer experience beyond delivery.
“There’s such a bright future here. Anyone who doesn’t want to be part of this story is missing out,” Madhvani concluded.
